Garantie de satisfaction : 
Si, pour une raison quelconque, vous n’êtes pas satisfait de votre peinture, vous serez intégralement remboursé, à condition de me retourner la peinture dans les 7 jours. Vous devrez me prévenir immédiatement par téléphone où par email et me retourner la peinture dans un emballage similaire à celui dans lequel elle vous est parvenue.
Les frais de livraison seront à votre charge, ainsi que l'assurance correspondant au prix total de l’achat. A la réception de la peinture, si elle est intacte, je vous rembourserai intégralement son prix.

Votre produit sera emballée soigneusement et expédiée accompagnée d'un certificat d'authenticité. L'expédition sera faite par Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS, TNT ou DHL avec assurance.
Le choix du mode du transporteur sera fait en fonction de la taille du colis. Une confirmation d'envoi et un éventuel numéro de suivi vous seront adressés par email. La livraison est garantie et l'assurance court jusqu'à réception de la peinture. Nous resterons en relation depuis la confirmation de votre commande jusqu'à sa livraison.

Si votre pays ne disposent à l'heure actuel d'option de livraison. Nous pouvons effectuer une livraison exceptionnel, pour cela Veuillez me contacter via le formulaire en ligne ou par mail.

Les tarifs de livraison sont calculés par tableau, pour un achat de plusieurs tableaux veuillez me contacté pour un devis personnalisé de livraison via le formulaire en ligne ou par mail.

Welcome to The Art Studio Webshop.  
All works of art and prints are created by the Artist, Mary Larsson. 

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your painting, you will be fully refund, provided you return the painting within 7 days. You will have to inform me immediately by telephone or by email and return the painting  in a packaging similar to that in which it has reached you.
You will also be responsible for the cost of the shipping, as well as an insurance corresponding to the total price of the purchase.
After the return of the painting, if it is intact, I will refund you it's entire price.

Prints by Mary Larsson are archival : 
Prints are produced with Premium Photo Paper Satin. All prints are created after orignal artwork of the artist, then signed, matted, bagged.

Colors on your computer monitor may differ slightly from the printed or painted artwork.

Mary Larson Art may not be reproduced, copied, adjusted, or sold by anyone other than the Artist or The Gallery.

Delivery :

Great pride is taken in the packaging of paintings and prints, making sure they arrive safely to you. Please allow 2 days for processing and shipping. They are packaged in cardboard sleeves.
A certificate of authenticity of you painting is joined on the back.
Shipment will be made by Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS, TNT or DHL with insurance.
The choice of the carrier will depend of the size of the parcel. A confirmation of shipping and a tracking number will be sent to you by email. The delivery is guaranteed and the insurance will runs until you received the parcel. We will keep in touch from the shipping confirmation until it's arrived.

If your country doesn't have an option of delivery. We can make an exceptional shipping, for this Please contact me via the online form or by mail.
